New Direction Talent Agency began 5 years ago. with the idea to bring quality to every live show, concert, and performance. With a wide variety of Speakers, Artists, and Musicians our goal is to truly bring you the best for your event. 

New Direction Talent began with Greg Ritchie. Greg is no stranger to the Music Industry. He developed a talent agency that would show the diversity of the business while also bringing quality to each event. 

Greg is married to artist Charlotte Ritchie. The couple reside in Hendersonville, TN with their two children Landon and Jayna!
